Your lights or our commercial-grade C9 LEDs, warm white, multicolor or red and white. One firm price, and you can add January takedown to the same booking. No surprise fees, nothing goes up until you say go.

We install, maintain, take down
Most homes are done in one visit. Lights run on a timer, dusk to midnight. If a bulb goes out we fix it within 48 hours, and in January it all comes down, coiled and labeled.

Most of our neighbors already own lights and just want them hung straight without the ladder. So we price that first. If you'd rather have us bring commercial-grade C9 LEDs, that's the second table. The lights are yours after the first season. From year two on you pay the install-only prices above, because you already own everything. Three-story homes, steep roofs and large commercial properties are quoted from a photo or a quick site visit. Every job gets a firm price by text before we start.

C&L Lighting is Charles and Law. When you text, one of us answers. When the ladder goes up against your house, one of us is on it. No subcontractors, no call center, no "the crew will be there sometime this week."
We built this on a simple deal: hang it straight, keep it lit, and come back for it in January like we said we would.

Questions people actually ask.
When should I book?
Now. Installs run November 1 through December 15, and the weekends before Thanksgiving fill first. Booking by mid-November gets you the early bird price and your pick of dates.
Do you supply the lights, or do I?
Either. Most of our customers already own lights and just want them hung, so single-story rooflines start at $199 with your lights. We test every strand before it goes up and tell you if any should be replaced. Prefer not to buy or store anything? Our lights-included packages start at $599 and come with in-season service and storage.
Do I own the lights?
Yes. If we supplied them, the lights, clips and timer are yours after the first season, so from year two you pay our install-only prices. If you supplied them, they were always yours; we just hang them straight.
What if a bulb goes out or a strand comes down?
Text us. In-season service is included and we fix it within 48 hours at no charge. That covers bulbs, timers and strands knocked loose by weather.
Do I have to be home?
No. Everything is outside. We text you before we start, send a photo when we're done, and only need an outdoor outlet we can reach.
How are the lights attached? Will it damage my roof?
Every bulb is held by a plastic clip on the shingle edge or gutter. No nails, no staples, no adhesive, nothing left behind in January.
How do they turn on and off?
A timer runs them dusk to midnight by default. Want them on later for a party or off while you're traveling? Tell us and we'll set it.
When do they come down?
Takedown runs January 2 through January 31. Book it with your install and save $50; we come back, coil and label everything by location and box it in your garage, or store it for you if we supplied the lights.
Do you do businesses?
Yes. Storefronts, offices, restaurants, churches and HOA entrances. We can install after hours and invoice the business.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit holds your install date and the balance is due the night the lights come on. Cash, card, Zelle or Cash App.
